Oil and gas training course for Syrian engineers at the College of Engineering University of Tehran
190 hours of - two specialized sections
At the Institute of Petroleum Engineering, College of Engineering, University of Tehran, by the expansion of international cooperations and knowledge transfer in the field of oil, gas, and refining, an intensive training course entitled "new developments in the upstream and downstream oil and gas industries" has been held. With full consideration of health protocols, 60 graduates and experts in the field of oil and gas from Syria were trained for 190 hours in two sections in February and March 2021. The two sections were:
- general oil and gas
- specialized downstream and upstream oil and gas
This course was held with the cooperation of faculty members of the College of Engineering and specialists in related fields of oil and gas and refining. During the course period, students visited the Tehran refinery and other local companies active in the field of oil and gas. At the end of the training program, by passing the final evaluation, a certificate of completion is awarded by the University of Tehran.
